Rovi graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts in 07. He has participated in numerous exhibits since 04 and received awards including the Grand Prize in the Shell National Painting competition in 2006.
His style is an eclectic mix of various painting techniques. Most of his subjects have surrealist undertones, but rendered in a unique cubist style. He aims to impart a sense of serenity and emotionally uplift the viewer through his Art.
